The Six Health: Conversations with Dr. Subodh Verma
Medicine is changing rapidly — but understanding what truly matters has never been more important.
The Six Health was created by Dr. Subodh Verma, internationally recognized cardiac surgeon, scientist, and Professor of Surgery at the University of Toronto, to offer clear conversations about the science shaping modern health and prevention.
Through thoughtful discussions with many of the world’s leading physicians, researchers, and scientists, The Six Health explores the evolving fields of cardiometabolic medicine, cardiovascular disease, inflammation, kidney health, longevity, and prevention.
These are evidence-based conversations designed not simply to explain medicine — but to help people better understand what matters most.
